There was also no mention of unit being on third floor with no elevator. Once the apt was located it was easy. But instructions could have been a little more clear. However, Nicole was beyond responsive and apologetic. She made sure we got in fine and code updated. She made herself available should we need anything. The condo was beautiful, comfortable l, and large enough for myself, my husband, and my daughter. It was beautiful and we will stay again due to location." (10/5)
