The MountainSide condo complex is located in the town of Frisco, Colorado. The complex borders the National Forest and offers great views of the Ten Mile Range and Peak one. It is located in the quiet neighborhood of Bills Ranch and is within walking distance (5-6 blocks) to Main Street.Clubhouse with indoor/outdoor hot tubs, indoor warm swimming pool, racquetball court, sauna, steam shower, etc.Sleeping areas: King in master, Full murphy bed folds down in living area
There are two smart tvs
The grill is in a shared space
The laundry is in a shared space but we are the closest unit to the facility so right around the corner.
There is a designated parking spot with ample use of the overall parking lot that is not assigned
There is a private entrance to condo.

It was exactly what we needed thank you it was a great time
Great place for skiing! About 20 to 25 minutes from Vail, Breckenridge and Keystone! Ok indoor and outdoor hot tops ( few and weak jets) and nice indoor pool. Good to have a garage and only one flight of stairs. There were left over cosmetic tubs and a sweater from previous guests and dirt and dust on the edge under the bed when I plugged in my phone and we didn’t get the oven to work, otherwise it was great for 2 people
Home was tidy and clean. Beautiful views of the mountain cliffs just outside. Ammenities at the clubhouse were great! Spent 10 days here on a ski trip and never had a negative thought or felt like we were missing anything. Overall 5 star experience.
