The kitchen has everything you need and the furniture is well appointed and very comfortable. We loved sitting on the back patio in the morning with coffee watching the hummingbird s and other wildlife. The river is right behind the unit and our kids enjoyed wading in it. The Blue River Trail is also very close and nice for walking or biking. Keep in mind it is a bottom level unit with neighbors above (which is no fault of the owners) that have small children so there is some noise early in the morning. We talked to the 2nd floor owners and they are very nice and do not seem to live there full time. I recommend bringing ear plugs or a white noise machine if you are sensitive to noise. Overall, I highly recommend this beautiful spot and would be happy to stay there again!"
